What do you like best about Gusto?

"Customer service is abysmal, a disappointing experience all around."

What do you like best about Gusto?

Onboarding is made easy and the layout isn't terrible for the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

Unreliable and uninformed customer service and no wiggle room on their features or what they can offer. For example, they cannot administer some benefit plans that aren't 100% employer funded and there are very limited options for PTO administration. They also provide consistently inaccurate reporting for payroll and made an error on our tax documents causing us to spend more money for our outside accountant to straighten things out.
